Advanced reservations are recommended at our Country Inn Bed and Breakfast in Texas. A deposit of 50% will be required. Balances are due upon arrival.
Due to the limited number of guest rooms in this Texas Country Inn, cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 2 weeks prior to your arrival or a full refund can not be made. This also applies to credit card confirmations. Holidays and Special Events require a 30 day cancellation notice.
Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual
arrival or departure date. To defray the cost of refilling a reservation, there will be a $25 service charge for all cancellations. You will not be responsible for any night that we can re-book your room.
For the comfort of everyone, the Texas Railroad Inn has a NO SMOKING policy in the plantation home, however, there is a designated smoking area outside.
Payment of cash or check is preferred (with a 5% discount given for these methods of payment), however Mastercard, Visa and American Express are also accepted.
